Welcome to Town & Country Home Inspection's website! I appreciate you taking time to visit. My name is Steve Caldwell and I started my home inspection business 15 years ago. There sure have been a lot of changes in real estate during that time. One thing that hasn't changed is the way I perform a property inspection.  My inspections have always meet or exceeded the "Standards of Practice" set forth by ASHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors.

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest investment decisions you will ever make and is a decision that will affect you for years to come. A property inspection is a thorough examination of the physical structure and systems of a property providing an objective, professional opinion of the conditions found at the time of the inspection. A professional home inspection will significantly reduce your risk by providing an analysis of the homes condition.

I encourage all clients to be present during the inspection. If you are unable to attend the inspection, I be happy to arrange for a consultation to review the report. My service includes a complete tour of the home, both inside and out, that helps point out areas of concern as well as suggestions for routine maintenance. I will also take the time to detail the good points of the house as well. A single family residential inspection will require a minimum of between 2 to 3 hours on site.

A professional computer generated inspection report with color pictures can be emailed or printed and delivered the next day.
